I sent my first draft of my film to Shawn to check over as we had agreed to further work on the film for the exhibitions. This was his feedback:

Well well well...what can I say?
Well done, you've done really well that's a lovely film! I'll never doubt
you ever again in my life!!! haha
I only have two minor issues -
1 - We don't get to see the other side/profile of Verity, you only show us
the skeleton side. Do you have shots of her other side you can slot in
there so it shows the concept that she's cut in half clearer?
2 - You only need your name once at the end. 'A film by Lorna Rolllngs' is
fine.
Another thing is fade it up from black at the beginning.

I followed his feedback to improve my film. I also had misspelled the name of
one of the participants in the film so I corrected that. I included this shot
of Verity from her non-dissected side to display the skeletal concept.
I feel very comfortable and confident with my film now that I have feedback.
I need to stop doubting myself and my ability to make powerful work, and should
feel confident with the work without needing the affirmation of others.
